Pennsylvania Organization of Mothers of Multiples Club
POMOMC, formerly known as the Pennsylvania Mothers of Twins club, was founded in May, 1971, in Lebanon, PA and is a non-commercial, non-sectarian, and non-profit organization. POMOMC is comprised of 36 member clubs and approximately 1500 women in the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware. POMOMC’s purpose is to support, organize, and facilitate communication of the member clubs.
The POMOMC 41st Annual Convention will take place in Valley Forge, PA from April 26-28th, 2012.
This years convention theme is Real Moms of Multiples and it will be hosted by the Valley Forge Mothers of Twins and Triplets Club (www.vftwins.org). Proceeds from the 2012 convention will be donated to the organization Cribs for Kids, (www.cribsforkids.com).
The annual convention will entail day trips, workshops, tours, discussion groups and evening activities. The State General Meeting, held on Saturday is where clubs from around PA gather to discuss State business. We will enjoy entertainment from the Keynote Speaker during lunch, followed by Installation of Officers.
Only paid registered members of POMOMC affiliated clubs are eligible to attend the convention.

BIG NEWS: “Twins in the Classroom” legislation has been passed!
On July 4th, 2008, Governor Rendell signed into Law HB1067. Section 4 of this bill contains the wording from HB65. This legislation is now the LAW!

The law will be in effect beginning with the 2008-2009 school year. Anyone with children who may be affected by this law for this school year may want to notify their school district’s superintendent if necessary.
